According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Therefore I do not adopt this content as my own and expressly distance myself from the content of these links, for which the author is solely responsible. These links will be removed as soon as illegalities become known.
Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Booking
The bookings are considered binding if the Eselhof has sent a booking confirmation after receipt of payment of the invoice amount.
2. Cancellation at no cost
In the event of a cancellation six weeks before the booking date, the participant or client can cancel their registration at no cost or rebook to another date (if available). The transfer amounts will then be refunded.
3. Cancellation with cancellation fees
In the case of cancellation four weeks before the booking date, 80% of the invoice amount will be refunded.
If you cancel two weeks before the booking date, 50% of the invoice amount will be refunded
If you cancel later, there will be no refund unless a replacement can be found.
If you fail to show up for the event or appointment, the full price will apply. However, a substitute participant can be provided (after approval by Eselhof Rötlein).
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
4. Force Majeure
Heavy rain, storms, loss of animals due to illness and operational disruptions release the Eselhof Rötlein from any obligation to hold the appointment / event.
In such cases, the booking can be changed to a later date or the participant will receive the full fee back.
The offers, events and date information on the website are made to the best of our knowledge and may be incomplete in individual cases. The information is purely informative and does not justify any claims.
5. Liability
Participation is at your own risk and responsibility; the company liability insurance covers all damage to property and people caused by the animals.
Each participant waives the assertion of claims for damages of any kind due to negligence against Eselhof Rötlein.
At events, the duty of supervision for children is generally the responsibility of the legal guardian, parents are responsible for their children.
